Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Madison Verona

I had an amazing stay at the Fairfield Inn Madison Verona! The staff is very welcoming and they all go above and beyond for their guest! I would highly recommend to anyone, but especially those traveling to Verona for epic training! The shuttle service is super convenient taking you to and from campus as well as airport pickup! They also offfer dinner shuttle service to local restaurants! Special shout out to Aiden, Such a wonderful kind and welcoming personality! I left my laptop charger and he graciously mailed it back to me and sent me an email with all the shipping details! I spent 3 weeks at the hotel and each week upon my return he greeted me in the lobby by first name! He will truly make your day, and his fresh baked cookies are amazing!

The hotel was well kept, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were a large group there for a wedding. We utilized the lobby late into the night (to avoid disturbing other guests) and the staff was very gracious about that. Breakfast was well done for this type of hotel. A nice variety of hot and cold options. They kept the items stocked throughout the morning.

We were stuck in the snowstorm last weekend traveling home from Thanksgiving. We pulled over here as we couldn't drive any further and they couldn't have been any more wonderful. The gentleman working the front desk was so helpful and even tried to help me find my phone when I lost it in the snow. The hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable, and they had the best customer service! Thank you so much for helping my family on a really difficult weekend!

Mark at The Fairfield was such an amazing help coordinating and setting-up a wedding block for our wedding. He was a fantastic communicator and his priority was making sure we, and our guests, were taken care of, and then some. The rooms were clean, they had a great breakfast both days, and they even helped hand out wedding welcome gifts to the members of our block. They’re a great option for a wedding hotel block in the Verona/Mount Horeb area!

The staff were very attentive and available for any needs. They gave us a goody bag and free drinks at the restaurant across the street. The rooms were clean, heat and air worked really well. Beds comfortable and appreciated that there was extra pillow and blanket in the closet. Breakfast had hot and cold items available. Very close to Epic and they offer more amenities than other nearby hotels.

Slightly outside of Madison, but much lower prices than in the city. The hotel was very clean. Our room had an odd smell to it, almost ammonia-like. Running the a/c helped, but it didn’t dissipate. Breakfast seemed a little lighter than most Fairfield Inns that we’ve stayed in. But adequate. The pool is tiny, but still fun for kids. Nice size fitness center.

We recently used the Fairfield Verona for our wedding block and had a wonderful experience. It was a several day event and, right off the bat, Mark was exceptional to work with! He was incredibly helpful and responsive in the time leading up to the events. We had some unique needs and Mark was very accommodating which helped ensure our guest felt welcome. The hotel and rooms themselves are wonderful and the breakfast each of the days was great (many of our guests were vegetarian and there were ample options). We even had multiple of our guests proactively call out how helpful Mark was along with several other members of the staff - Alfonso, Carl, and Lizzy were all mentioned by name! We can't recommend them enough, especially for something like a wedding block where you want your family and friends to feel well taken care of.

The whole staff here were very welcoming and very much enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great place to stay. Thank you.
